Umm, thats kinda creepy, and could be classified as stalking.
Just go up to her and say "Hi!". Just saying Hi is one of the best ways to start a conversation. Just try to get to know her better in person. I have a friend that emailed a girl who is in my class, and asked her out. She said that she would have said yes if he had just had the guts to ask her in person.
