and well her mom has a myspace to and she sent me a message saying she dosnet like how we meet and i shouldnt be talknig to youngr girls and she dont trust me. they got my number and called me. and she said if i dont listen to her and stop talknig to them, she said shes gonig to get the law on me, so what can the law do to me for talknig to someone on myspace and the fone??

your 17. Why are you talking to a 15 year old girl. Isnt that a freshmen. Obviosly the girl is going to get you in trouble. Leave her alone. And yes, he can get in trouble. Didnt you hear about that kid that got thrown in jail (he was 17 and had sex with a 15 year old girl) CONSENSUALLY!! so dont get yourself in trouble stay away from lil kids. You can't get in trouble with the law for talking to her on MySpace, so that's just a bluff to try to scare you.

BUT why are you talking to this girl online? Did you plan to meet her? I suggest you stop talking to her if you had any plans to go farther than talking online.

If you meet in person, you CAN get in trouble, even being a minor, you can be tried as an adult being over 16.

Modern society is pretty crappy when it comes to these things, it's obvious she's not a saint, but fact is you'll be the one to pay the price. So just watch out.
