Cascading style sheets (CSS) are what change your layout on myspace. If you were given the entire code, log in to myspace, and from your home page, click "Edit Profile."

You can paste the code in any of the boxes (most commonly your "About Me") except for the "Headline."

If it's written properly, it should look something like this:

%26lt;style type="text/css"%26gt;

body { background-color:d5e8fb; }

table { width:500px; border:1px solid black; }

td, div, p { font-size:10px; color:ff0000; }

%26lt;/style%26gt;

Of course it won't be exactly that, but make sure the %26lt;style%26gt; tags are there. After you've pasted it into one of the boxes, click "Save All Changes" at the top of the page.

If you are referring to CSS, which I think you are, between %26lt;head%26gt; and %26lt;/head%26gt; insert something like

%26lt;link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="filename.css" /%26gt;
