You have to show her that you're not like the others. Give her the space she needs, don't be pushy. Be there to listen to her when she needs someone to talk to without expecting anything more. You've got to start by being her friend.

Just be patient. It seems like she has some barriers that get in the way of her feelings. She will warm up to you eventually. Or maybe you should ask her if she is dating around. I mean maybe she just doesn't want to get serious. And if thats the case, focus on someone else.
