Such as crime committed in cyber space, i see there's dozen laws against child pornographic but little to stop like hate crime which cause dead one teens girl in my space. I was supriese the person who committed the crime didn't get charge at all.

its easy to throw blame around in such a tragedy, but really do you believe she commited suicide based on a couple of mean myspace comments, thats rediculous. It's only reasonable to assume that this was a small fraction of the equation that lead to the terrible and heartbreaking decision of the girl. normally, someone who commits suicide battles depression for a significant amount of time before reaching such a desperate answer. not that it makes the mother behind the fake profile any less of a bad person, but I wouldn't go as far as to say she was THE reason the girl did it.

I also was suprised that there was no prosecution, especially since it was an adult that did the act that caused the suicide. I would at least think endangering a child charges would be filed. It is a sad situation.

Kids need to be supported at home and helped to feel like they can talk to someone who loves them so these things do not happen.
