Just ask her if she wants to meet up for some lunch or a bar. You can't just be wondering if she likes you...meet the girl. That will give you a better idea where you stand and where it might possibly go. If she lives out of town, then just ask for her number.

Ask her to meet in a neutral, public place on a week day/night: ask her to meet at Starbucks or something--say you'd like to buy her a nice mocha or something and talk a few minutes, and then if she's still acting interested, ask for her phone number (preferrably home phone).

If she gives you her number, there's about a 20% chance she's still interested. Give her some time and maybe call her in anothre 5-7 days to do something. If she does things like touching you and laughs at your jokes and stuff, then she probably is very interested in you. But pay attention to her and make sure that she's not a basket case, or you'll wind up here posting heartbreak questions.
